Hickory-smoked barbecue on St. Cloud Drive since 2008: brisket smoked for 14 hours, ribs, pork and turkey, with a midweek lunch buffet.
Beyond the smoked meats, the menu has sandwiches, burgers, platters and many gluten-free options. The lunch buffet runs Wednesday–Friday 11 am–2 pm, and happy hour Wednesday–Friday 3–6 pm. You can join the waitlist through Yelp, order pickup online, or book catering and a private dining space.
