Verboten Brewing & Barrel Project
Downtown brewery on East 5th Street named for the ingredients Germany's beer purity law forbade, so expect fruit, spice and barrel-aged beers alongside Czech-style lagers.
There is no kitchen at the Loveland taproom; instead you scan a QR code to order from nearby downtown spots such as Slice N Roll Pizza Pub and The Meat Revolution and have it brought to your seat. Regular events include Monday night poker, and the site takes reservation and private-event requests. Verboten also runs a second taproom in Fort Collins.
