Colorado Coffee Company (Foundry)
A locally owned coffee shop and roastery at the Foundry downtown, serving its own small-batch coffee with homemade pastries, including cinnamon rolls the shop calls award-winning.
Beans are ethically traded and roasted in small batches, with seasonal origins from around the world. Everything is made fresh, so the shop invites customers to call or email orders ahead. The Foundry café also opens for downtown events in the Foundry Plaza, and a second location is at Centerra (1450 N Boyd Lake Ave).
